Delete your MedMneme account
What gets deleted
Your login (email address, name and password), the quiz history synced to your account and the record of your agreement to our terms are deleted straight away. The security records our server keeps about which question sets your account opened are kept for a short time, normally no more than 30 days.
Question reports you sent from the app, which include your email address if you were logged in, are kept for up to two years so the questions can be fixed. Email us if you would like those deleted too.
Progress stored only on your own phone or computer is not on our servers. Remove it in the app with Settings → Reset the app, or by clearing medmneme.com's data in your browser.

Thank you for studying with MedMneme. You can still use the free chapters without an account.

In the app: open Profile and tap Delete account.
By email: if you can't log in (for example, you forgot your password), email [email protected] from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
